The Heritage Inn is a clean, comfortable,   and  well maintained motel. A continental   breakfast  consisting of pastries, juice, and   coffee is served each morning. We  have   rooms  along Clear Creek, some with   fireplaces, and  many with private decks. All  of  our rooms have air conditioning. We have   honeymoon suites; some with large soaking  tubs, and some have jetted tubs and King size  beds. We also have handicap accessible rooms. We're located in a peaceful, quiet area, with 44 rooms spread  over about 2 acres.

Our motel is conveniently located close to, and yet so far away from, the following locations: Denver, Golden, Evergreen, Central City, Blackhawk, Georgetown, Loveland Ski Area, A Basin Ski Area, Breckenridge Ski Area, Winterpark Ski Area, Keystone Ski Area, and Mount Evans Wilderness.
